Press Release Dated 11th September 2003

1. The Magnificent 19, on the 11th of September 2001 split the world into two distinct camps, that of Islam and that of non-Islam i.e. Kufr.

2. It has become clear that there can never be any peace with the US government and their allies, including the mouth, tool and tongue of the US, the UN:

(i) Until they withdraw all of their armies from Muslim lands, as in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Turkey
(ii) Until they stop all their support for the pirate state of Israel,
(iii) Until they stop their occupation of Muslim land as in Iraq and in Afghanistan,
(iv) Until they stop their support of the tyrant regimes in Muslim countries, such as King Fahd, Hosni Mubarak and Pervez Musharraf, and
(v) Until they stop usurping the resources of Muslims

3. The Muslims worldwide are under a divine obligation to defend their life, wealth and honour whenever and wherever it is attacked. Whether that be in Chechnya, Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan or Bosnia. This Jihad is an individual obligation upon every Muslim according to ones capability, whether via verbal, financial or physical means. This obligation is fulfilled in total submission to Allah (SWT), raising his word (by fulfilling his command) the highest, and transcends all bonds of family, nationalism, patriotism, partisanship, tribalism or any other bond outside that of the Islamic bond of brotherhood.

4. The Messenger Muhammad (saw) said that: 'The Muslim Ummah is one unique community among mankind, their land is one, their war is one, their peace is one and their honour is one and any one of them can represent them all'. Hence the believers (i.e. Muslims) are a brotherhood, they will ally only with each other, they will always defend each other and anyone who allies with disbelievers and fights with them against Muslims, such as those British Muslims who join the UK army, is apostate, and Muslims abroad are obliged to defend themselves and fight them, and if those apostates are killed, they have no dignity and must be buried with the non-muslims. The believers will never give any Muslim to the enemies of Islam and Muslims. Indeed it is an obligation for Muslims to do all they can to free each and every Muslim captive in the enemies hands, whether that be in Guantanamo Bay, in Belmarsh Prison or elsewhere.

5. The Magnificent 19 conference this year is not a celebration but an insight into the lives of 19 brave warriors who made the ultimate sacrifice for the sake of Allah. Seeing the oppression and corruption perpetrated against Muslims worldwide for generations, they decided to take the war to the enemy's home. There is no doubt that they shook the world with the operations on the 11th of September 2001 and that they revived the obligation of Jihad worldwide, as can be seen through the operations in Indonesia, Riyadh, Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan etc… etc…

6. The Magnificent 19 conference will explore how the 19 soldiers of Allah, who gave the US a bloody nose on the 11th of September 2001, were motivated by their love of the hereafter over the love of this life. How they exhibited full reliance on Allah (SWT) in their hearts and an incredible quest to fulfil the task which they determined to undertake. How, far from uneducated and impoverished, from amongst those 19 were people who had abundant wealth, deep knowledge of Islam and a clear understanding of the plight of the Muslims worldwide.

7. The Magnificent 19 conference will also examine the root causes of the attacks on September the 11th 2001 and see if those factors still exist. They will discuss the recent severe warning of Sheikh Usama Bin laden of further attacks and evaluate the very real and perhaps even imminent possibility of more 9/11's, whether in the US, UK or elsewhere.

8. Finally the Magnificent 19 conference will detail how the vital and fundamental obligation upon every Muslim is to abide by the Shari'ah in all his affairs. This means that they must believe in Islam, live by Islam and if need be; even be ready to die for Islam. This is the case from the individual level to that of the State level. Verily the Muslim Ummah worldwide have been without the ruling system of Islam i.e. Al-Khilafah since the 3rd of March 1924. They are today divided into over 55 countries, none of which implements Islam, but rather all of which implement man made law in the form of dictatorships and monarchies etc… Without a shield (i.e. Khalifah) behind which the Muslims can fight, defend themselves and even remove the obstacles in the way of the spread of the Shari'ah, Muslims today find that every year brings another wound in the body of the Muslims, hence we see that yesterday it was Afghanistan and today it is Iraq.

9. The Messenger Muhammad (saw) promised us that Islam will one day dominate the world, from the East to the West and that the Muslims' authority will be all over it. That our situation will turn from one of oppression and persecution where sovereignty and supremacy is for man, to one of security and tranquillity where sovereignty and supremacy is for God. This is the ultimate goal of the Islamic Movement worldwide, a fundamental part of every Muslims belief, a destiny determined for Muslims by God, a struggle in which we are all participants and a war in which there can only be one victor, and that is the Muslims…
