This was a promise for the future of the United States from Saddam Hussein.

New York City, New York, February 26, 1993, 12:17 p.m. A Ryder rental van parked next to the support columns of the B-2 level of the underground parking garage in the North Tower of the World Trade Center explodes, killing 6 and injuring more than 1000.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, April 19th, 1995, 9:02 a.m. A Ryder rental truck parked in front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building explodes, killing 168 and injuring hundreds.

New York City, New York, September 11, 2001, 8:46 a.m. American Flight 11 crashes into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. 9:03 a.m. United Flight 175 crashes into the South Tower of the World Trade Center. Washington D.C., 9:45 a.m. American Flight 77 crashes into the Pentagon. Shankesville, Pennsylvania 10:10 a.m. United Flight 93 crashes into a field after passengers wrest control of the plane from hijackers. 2,868 deaths and thousands injured.

If you question why President George W. Bush declared war on terrorism and subsequently invaded Iraq, you need only remember these attacks on American soil along with the countless other attacks that have occured abroad since Saddam Hussein issued his threat against America.
